I tried creating a fingerprint file - successfully
I re-downloaded an installed the OERNC charts - success
I can use the charts - today...

please observe if the chart outlines are still present or not.


If not "Force full data base rebuild" and try again.

FYI, Mr "BlackSea" prodded me to investigate the permissions for the oeaserverd executable file. The correction I made was not to the Owner of the file, but to the permissions octal. It was "711"; I corrected it to "755", adding full read permissions to all users. Maybe this will do the trick.
Funny, though, that some MacOS systems did not seem to require the explicit read permission...Go figure.

Adding: please make a copy of the chartlist.dat file before the data base rebuild.
Chartlist.dat lives in the same directory as the log file.

Update: I just rebooted and am back where I started.

"Cannot find the oernc_pi server utility at {}"

I can't build a fingerprint file

I can see the red outlines on the screen

If we can't get to the root cause... what are the workaround steps I need to follow to get back up and running? Do I start with reinstalling the OERNC plug in?
