tidal stream gribs in Opencpn

Hi there,

Opencpn does not seem to be able to display some tidal stream gribs.

I am sailng in european atlantic waters and I can get free current gribs at following address Index of /MyOcean
For example 4 days tidal streams in the English Channel = 9 Mb

This file can be opened with Zygrib and works perfectly, but when I open it with the Opencpn Grib plugin only the first hour of the grib is displayed, it is impossible to make it run it like a wind grib.

On the first screenshot you can see the current arrows around Brittany with Zygrib (works fine but not a nautical chart), on the second one the same area with Opencpn (nice chart but blocked grib).

I am using the latest beta version of Opencpen (Windows 7)

Re: tidal stream gribs in Opencpn

I downloaded the file for the Baltics, and have no problems with the latest beta
and Kubuntu 14.04 amd64.

Re: tidal stream gribs in Opencpn

You are right, it seems to be a problem only with the "Bretagne.grb" file (no cursor present).

It works with the other files.
