Timezone Layer corrections needed
Not sure where to put this one, and have searched the forum as much as I could for previous mentions of the Timezone layer to no avail.

I suggest to group here the bugs and corrections needed to the Timezone layer presently for download on the OpenCPN website.

Here is what I have found :
- Bali is currently shown in UTC+7 along with Java, whereas Wikipedia and timeanddate.com both say UTC+8 is used there.
- Conversely, Borneo/Kalimantan is shown as being fully within UTC+8, whereas two provinces out of five on the island apparently use UTC+7.
