Tracker: RM [Route Manager] Feature Requests

Tracker "Opencpn - Feature Requests" has 26 Tasks associated with RM [Route Manager] integral with Opencpn. This is an unmanageable number of requests to realistically program and decifer. The description, need and priority have to be clear.

Some of these items are duplicated or already implemented and others are good suggestions, while many of these requests and comments need to be consolidated. We need to separate the wheat from the chafe and create a short list that has a significant number of votes by users, if you want appropriate changes/improvements made.
