Urgent Help Needed Coordinate System

Hi Guys!

Already spent a night in front of OpenCpn and google.
I Would like to get UTM coordinates from every "DISM" point on RIVER Danube
We have every 100m one "distance point" attached to kms i need these coordinates.

Have someone idea about how to get it?

Now im trying with the own Pc Navigo Route Planner exporting to GPX File
And Convert it to XML. I Didnt check yet hows the Pc Navigo now...

I Tried open ENC Charts also but most of them Encrypted i bet.
And the software tools soo poor only " SevenCS " own everything.

pls. Help.
Thx Laszlo

As these are Inland waters you may have luck with OpenStreetMap and QGIS:

retrieve the corresponding river kilometer markers from the underlying OSM data base, import into QGIS and convert then with QGIS to UTM as datum.
QGIS supports a good sort of datums, ETRS89 for example as well.

There are some tutorials from the QGIS documentation how to extract data.
The relevant "tag" should be "waterway:kilometer"

It would be possible to extract the data from the InlandENCs as well. These are free and not encrypted. Some programming required, I fear.

OpenCPN and most probably all the navigation programs are working with WGS84 as the nautical charts come referenced to it.

Good luck!
