Weatherfax_pi to retrieve NDBC Bouy

I would very much like to be able to make a list of
NDBC Bouys, their locations, and wget access, so that the data can be downloaded and place on the chart in the Weather bouy data location.
Exact format in OpenCPN is unknown, but it should be so we can download, see where the bouy is located and see the weather data associated with that bouy, perhaps on the chart, or maybe in a weatherfax window.

NDBC also allows email query's similar to gribs.
