What are these bars?

Hi,

I looked every where, and could find the meaning of these bars on the botton of the screen.

Any helpon what this is?

They symbolize the charts presently covered by your screen.
The Wiki is as always your friend. The "?" in your tools or:

I hovered over it and tried to hoover it up but nothing... just approx 50% yellow bar.
Thats both with 3.2.2 on W7 and 4.0.0 on El Capitan.

Seems to me it references the different e-charts you have that cover the area. Select one of them, each in turn, and see which one serves best for the area in question.

4.0.0 for Mac OS X should have never been released. It has serious and well known bugs but the developers refused to deliver an update. Try the latest beta versions 4.1.xx instead for Mac OS X where most of the bugs are fixed.
