where are instructions to install opencpn on Pi 4

Hello.
Due to the re-write on the opencpn manual I can't find the instructions for installing opencpn on a Pi 4 running bookworm. I think I need to add a repository, or is flatpak the choice for a Pi 4.
Thanks

Easiest is to install openplotter, it has a settings app which will load the latest opencpn & the setup & software all plays nice together. V4 is still a beta but pretty much all there & stable.

RaspiOS (Bookworm) can be installed direct from the internet.

You must have one of the latest Eeprom versions.

Then you can install your system from the internet. Start the PI with the Shift key pressed.

Then you get the installer. Make you cho[ches. Version 64 bits and medium. SD, or a fast usb stick or SSD.

That is all you have to do to install the Bookworm Os.

See https://opencpn.org/OpenCPN/info/downloadopencpn.html
Or
sudo apt-get install synaptic
sudo synaptic

Search for opencpn
Select:
opencpn
opencpn-data

The instructions say install as per Debian, which says do an apt update then apt install opencpn, but that doesn't work, I think because extra sources are needed. I think the instructions aren't up to date. Anyway, I have installed the flatpak version but I wonder if the instructions need updating.

This is from openplotter, which will install a version known to work for you with a mouse click, much easier than doing everything yourself.
