Win32 Dark Mode Solved

Notepad++ recently implemented full dark theme support for Windows UI elements that were not supported in win32 applications.
I found implementations of porting notepad++ dark theme support to third-party applications on wxw

Maybe there is a chance to finalize the dark theme for the OpenCPN UI in night mode

on the screen contrast dark theme on win11

this is a windows theme
it repaints the interface in a pseudo dark theme, but it is not possible to work on a daily basis in Windows and especially in a browser with this theme.
Attached theme, remove .doc, run the file and find the topic in the personalization / themes section.
