Marquises 56: Anyone Familiar with the Marquises 56'

Does anyone have any experience with this boat? There is a '98 on Yachtworld for $410k, which seems very reasonable for this boat. Is the Marquises a better build quality than FPs smaller boats, or just a bigger version of the same?

A very good friend of ours has a FP 56. A beautiful boat. Sails well. Even with a high bridge deck, motoring to weather in large lumpy seas they reported some wave slap on the bottom of the bridge deck (I wasn't there, this was the report from the owner). She has many 10,000s of miles on her.

We've been on her many times down here in Banderas Bay. She's moored just a marina down from us in Marin Vallarta.

My only concern is that the price is too low, so low it's fishy. Get a really good survey.
