Re: Dinghy and Davits

I am in the process of finalizing purchase of a new Helia and was also trying to figure out best RIB. May I ask why Highfield vs AB? I am looking for the longest dinghy that it can hold. Some say 10' or 9' only. I would like 11.5 or 12'. Thanks.

Re: Dinghy and Davits

Bokkie,

Highfield seemed to be a step up in quality from the AB.
Helia 44 can hold a 11' 8" dinghy per its spec.
If you look back at my pictures you will see that at 11' 5" we still have plenty of room on the stern and bow.
