I'm not an expert on electricity and I don't know what or how but FP now say that the 220V boat we ordered will have a switch to change her over to 110V shore power input whenever necessary.

Sander,

Ask them if they also change the frequency.

You can change the voltage (up or down) easily using an auto isolation transformer, like Victron. I have the manual version on my boat and it works great! But, it only changes the voltage.

Galley Plugs

Helia 44 Owners,

We wanted another plug in the Galley, so we added one.

I used a Multi tool to plunge cut the hole through the 3/4 inch wall.

Used 12 gage marine wire, just as the factory did.
