Belize 43: Goiot Windlass - Replacement Parts Sources

I'm looking for a replacement brake lining for our Goiot 312 (aka Guindeau 312) windlass. Unit has worked great for many years, but the brake lining split while I was performing maintenance.

Any suggestions on sources, or alternatives to replacement it. The brake lining looks like a large washer, with dimensions of 120cm OD, 45cm ID, and 4cm thickness.

Willing to purchase new or used (in good shape).

Hello,
I'm also a Belize43 owner and seaching for maintenance parts for the windlass also.
Second Problem is Manual usage of the windlass. The last (and first) time, for luck, only a test, it was not possible to move the windlass manually.
Do you have a description about the usage manually?

I never used the windlass in manual mode. I've attached the Goiot 312 manual. Hope this helps.
