Haul-out FP Tobago 35

I want to haul out my FP Tobago 35, but here in Gambia West Africa the only option is by crane (no experience by crane driver with this kind of task). Would two heavy duty lifting nylon straps of 20 cm wide over the bulkheads be enough to do the job? Many thanks ahead for any reply and/or advices.

The straps should be ok if in good condition but you would need to use some sort of spreader bar. If no formal bar perhaps you could improvise bars of wood at deck level at least as wide as the boat with recesses to locate the straps. Failing that lengthen the strops as much as possible with chains or more strops so the angle of the strops is as small as possible. I cranes our Maldives with long strops and chains and no spreader bar ok.
