Venezia 42: I Need Genoa and Main Sail

Hi everybody,

I am looking for a second hand genoa and main sail for my Venezia. I am in hurry( I have to present my boat to investors and I do not have sails). Are you planning to change your sails? Or do you know anybody who could do it? If yes and these are usables please let me know. If your sails are in OK condition, I can pay you price you can buy a new ones.

Weird, what happened to the original sails with the boat?

I bought this boat by surveyors report. Original sails are very bad condition although in surveyor's report these were evaluated OK.

That is bad news, you must have been very upset by that. The problem is any sails someone is happy to sell are probably old and worn anyway. Is it not better to order a new set of sails yourself. You can then decide on the cloth and design with the sailmaker to meet your requirements. The standard sails that come with a production cat are normally the cheapest possible anyway. A far better solution is to get a custom set made for your boat.

Whats the luff measurement for the genoa... I have one off a 55 foot cat sitting in a bag.....the other question is where are you.... its sitting in St. MArtin.
