1966 Allied Luders 33

This is hull #25 of the famous Luders 33 built by Allied in Catskills, NY. Extensively updated and refit over past 8 years. Great Bay boat with blue water potential. Surprisingly fast in light air, and very confidence inspiring in light air. Custom interior with bulkhead mount table for expanded salon space. Custom settee/sofa to stbd with fold down "bunk bed" sea berth.
Great boat which we are very sad to sell, but growing family dictates larger boat for cruising plans. Asking 24,900. Located near Annapolis, MD.
Specs- LOA 33, LWL 24, Beam 10, Draft 5. Displaces 12500 with 5000 ballast. 75 gallon freshwater in 2 tanks, 25 gallons diesel in monel tank under cockpit sole. PM me or email malbert73 at gmail . com

Oops, re-read and meant to state "confidence inspiring in heavy air."

Re: 1966 Allied Luders 33

sold, closed today! Cash sale, no contingency or survey. Closed 10 days after listing the boat.
As an aside to those who think used boat market is soft. If you have taken good/great care of your boat, clean up the clutter and take nice pictures, and price reasonably, you can sell your boat quickly.
I listed the boat 10 days ago on sailboat listings, fielded a call from the buyer within 12 hours, and followed with 22 more calls/emails in past week. Probably could have gotten 1-2 K more if I had really wanted, but at the cost of entertaining numerous tire kickers, more storage costs, or gasp- hiring a broker.
