The boat is located in Fort Lauderdale.

I am thinking about buying this boat cheap, fixing it up
to be ready to go cruising, then selling her for about $5K.

(I make a few dollars and the boat gets a good home.)

Right now she is sitting on the hard and has not sailed in 4 years.

External teak needs attention and the inboard diesel is shot.
I plan to hang a used outboard on the stern and pull the inboard out
of the boat..Extra storage, etc.

Not positive, but I thought it had a little 2 cylinder Yanmar.

If there is any interest in the boat, at a price I can make a few
pesos, I will go back and get more details, pictures, equipment, etc.

Not even sure the owner will accept my low-ball offer, but every year the storage charges is over twice as much as the present value of the boat...X 4 years and that boat should have been given away 4 years ago..
