1979 38' C&C Landfall

My wife, our 15 year old daughter, and I took a year off of work and school to sail through the Bahamas. We did a lot of work to ’79 C&C Landfall to get her ready for our 2000 mile trip and it was worth every bit of blood, sweat, and tears! I’m sure I’m forgetting some things but the following list includes much of the updates and additions completed before we set sail.

· Newer 40 hp Yanmar engine
· Newer mast, rigging, whisker pole
· From water line down, hull was peeled & replace w/ West System Epoxy
· New Raycor Fuel Filtration
· New Raymarine Hybrid e7 /e7D Multifunction Display
· New toilet and holding tank
· New Corian countertops in galley
· New galley faucet, foot pump and 12 volt pump
· New flares & beacon
· New gas valve & electronic shut off valve on stove
· New 3 blade prop
· Generator Honda 1000?
· Dingy & motor
· Cutlass Bearing
· 4 anchors
· Propane grill
· 3 Sails
· Adler Barbour Refrigeration
· Stereo AM/FM/CD
· Dodger
· New Adler Barber refrigeration

Currently Know Regrets is on the hard in Charlotte Harbor, Florida. We are happy to forward to pictures (as soon as we figure out how to attach them). We are eager to sell her so we’ll entertain any reasonable offers. We’re asking $29,950.00.

Yes sir she has three layers of epoxy (west system) on the bottom ) she had a bad spot from what looked like a pole or a dock.It was repaired poorly so I removed it and I repaired this with the best repair man I could find.
