Beam 15’3” DRAUGHT 2’8” displacement 9,600 lb sail area ( Main, Genoa and staysail) 658 ft, fuel 18 gal., water 70 gal.,
There is one single head with holding tank and hot water, Water maker. . Two refrigerators, one three-way, 110 V, 12 V, or LP. One is 110 V or LP. There are three LP tanks, two burner stove with oven.
It can sleep 6 or more depending on closeness’
Yanmar diesel 27 hp, single sonic drive leg which can be swung up clear of the water by a tackle when sailing. It can also be turned 45° either side to aid in maneuvering. The engine is mounted in a locker abaft the cockpit. There are four batteries, four solar panels, smart charger, inverter, wind generator.
Navigation is by Raymarine chartplotter. It is equipped with radar.
There are two types of automatic pilot, hydraulic, and electrical.

Did you get the pictures? This is a very sound boat with few minor problems. It really needs some one who is going to really love and use it.
I took the wind generator off to refurbish, haven't replaced it, (I’m just not tall enough) - new headliner, have new carpet to install (does not take a lot and that which is there is only about a year old a few simple cuts and it is easy to do).
The previous owner lived in Miami and the boat was just too hot so he took all the trim down and installed wood batting and cork for insulation. I had professionally installed head liner in 2010. Some trim needs to be reinstalled.
I took the yanmar out when I bought the boat, (2008), and replace all oil and fuel lines, blasted, repainted and reinstalled the motor(1800+ - total hrs).
Two new props, I also installed new bearings in the lower unit. I Am in the process of replacing the tiller arm (getting a new one from factory).
Last winter, the boat was hauled, and to protect against groundings, (5/16 stainless runners were installed on each sponson)
Molded to and around, running up the front for two feet and back under each for 3 feet . (Pictures available)Also, (5/16 stainless X one foot in height), shields were installed on the front of each rudder mount.
I just installed 6 new gulf cart batteries.
the auto pilot needs some attention (electrical connection update) nothing serious.
