This is a very solid boat with few minor problems. It really needs someone who is going to really love and use it.
I took the wind generator off and refurbished it, haven't replaced it, (I'm just not tall enough) - new headliner, have new carpet to install (does not take a lot and that which is there is only about a year old a few simple cuts and it is easy to do).
The previous owner lived in Miami and the boat was just too hot so he took all the trim down and installed wood batting and cork for insulation (very effective). I had head liner professionally installed in 2011. Some trim needs to be reinstalled.
I took the Yanmar out when I bought the boat, (2008), and replace all oil and fuel lines; sandblasted, repainted, and reinstalled the motor has (1800+ - total hrs). Spare motor with 500+- available
Two new props, I also installed new bearings in the lower unit.
Last winter, the boat was hauled, and to protect against groundings, (5/16 thick stainless runners were installed on each sponson) molded to and around, running up the front for two feet and back under each for 3 feet . (Pictures available)Also, (5/16 thick stainless X one foot in height), shields were installed on the front of each rudder mount.
I just installed 6 new gulf cart batteries.
The auto pilot needs some attention (electrical connection update) nothing serious.

If your serious about selling it i would take the time to perfect the "few" minor things you say it needs. Your ad would be much better if it said Great condition and also had alot of pictures. If not you may really need to consider a price drop.
