Beautiful classic fractional sloop. Purchased in fall of 2013 and refit over the winter. All new interior upholstery, engine overhaul, new dripless shaft seal and new stainless steel shaft, all seacocks inspected and serviced, new cockpit drain seacocks installed, chainplates re-bed, main hatch re-bed, sails inspected, repaired and washed by Ullman Sails, new bottom paint. This boat is 100% dry and is absolutely ready to go. The only work left is purely cosmetic and even that is minor (brightwork needs to be refinished and I would replace the dorades just because I don't like the way they look).
