I'm done with my sabbatical and with no more time to cruise, putting my Hunter 30 on the market. It's recently returned from the Bahamas, and I'd take it again as is. It needs a few minor things like the anchor light fixed, but overall is in good condition.

Some features:

Newly installed, never used Kiss wind generator.
Newly installed, never used marine head and holding tank.
Bimini has full front, side and rear zip on enclosures.
Bulwagga anchor with all new chain rode.
Shallow draft version - 4'3" great for Bahamas and Keys.
Sailbag with jack lines

Other recent fixed include a new transmission and exhaust system and two new new through-hulls.

Price just lowered to $19,500. I'm willing to bargain. I'd rather give a buyer a good deal now than continue to pay insurance and dockage for months.
