Thanks for your kind comment. Especially from someone who is a marine surveyor (I looked at your profile) who certainly sees a lot of boats in various states of upkeep.

I agree.. This is a beautiful boat.. very well maintained it seems too. I just did a survey on a 37 foot Island Packet last month. Had alot of home projects aboard. This one is alot nicer from what I see in the photos.

I've seen a couple of IPs with flag blue hulls. Just didn't look right (to me, anyway).

Yes,there are some colored IP out there. One problem I see, painting the hull doesn't cut it. Perhaps a shade of green but flagblue clashes (in my book) with the beige color of the topsides/deck. But that's a question of personal taste and preference. The original color became an icon and trademark for Johnson's IPs and I personally wouldn't change it. It also looks cleaner than the usual white

Hi, just wanted to suggest using photobucket .. or even facebook to list pics and info. Easy load ... easy access to info. I checked out the boat... slow load from work. but beautiful! ... I'm looking for something with more engine backup ... like a motor sail ... or I may even go full power ... not sure yet. Anyway, I'm new to the site ... so hi everyone.

With the hits I am getting here and at my website I am pretty happy (reaching about 2000 individual hits on the website) and starting to schedule showings. It works fine for me but I appreciate your recommendations.
