We have loved Windstar, but find that age is catching up to us and it's time to sell. She is in sail-away condition at her dock in Fort Myers, Florida with many extras including: radar, autopilot, built-in generator, flat-screen TV, and Internet boost antenna. Her 4.5-foot draft and wing keel makes her perfect for shallow water, yet she is a stiff weatherly vessel. We are the second owners. This 2005 Catalina 350 incorporates many features usually found only in larger vessels. Her easily managed rig includes roller furling jib, in-mast mainsail furling system, and all rigging leads aft to the cockpit within easy reach of the helm. The interior includes plenty of seating in the main cabin, two comfortable air-conditioned and heated staterooms fore and aft with privacy for two couples, separate stall shower, navigational station, and a well equipped U-shaped galley. The Fisher Panda generator is installed for ease of maintenance in a sound-baffled box in the starboard lazarette and makes being anchored just as comfortable as being at the dock. The Salon has 6'8" headroom and has an exchangeable dinette table (small or large).

Univeral-Kubota 35 horsepower diesel engine runs perfectly and has a Packless Sealing System shaft seal and three-blade prop.
Oil changed every 50 hours (manufacturer recommends 100 hours)

INTERIOR

ACCOMMODATIONS
Entering through the main companionway into the airy and bright salon area you'll find to port a settee/ dinette area, nav station with chart table, main electrical panel, and entertainment system. To starboard is a U-shaped galley and seating which can seat two with a cocktail/game table or three without. Port side aft is your entrance into the aft stateroom. Going forward head is to port then master cabin. Upholstery is crème colored ultra leather. Cabin shades are on all ports and windows.Six opening ports and 5 ventilation hatches with screens and shades. Custom hatch covers ensure privacy and keep sun out.
This Catalina 350 allows enough privacy for two couple with staterooms both fore and aft with privacy doors. The Master Stateroom is forward and has a Queen Centerline Bed and drawers and dresser. The Aft Cabin comfortably sleeps 2 and also has plenty of storage for clothes and personal belongings. The starboard section of the salon has a small end/dining table that coverts to a settee for 3 or can be a berth for one person. To port is a nicely finished teak dinette table and the settee can also sleep one. There is also a smaller cocktail table that can be substituted for the dinette table. The cabin sole is a composite simulated teak 'n holly and is more durable compared to a real wood floor.Hot/cold pressurized water in galley, head, and cockpit shower at stern.
