Lagoon 500 is a luxurious and comfortable 4 cabin 4 head yacht for cruising to exotic waters with exceptional performance.
The flybridge provides an extra living space with an uninterupted view of the sea, sails, and stars.
Built entirely by the infusion technique, this Lagoon has a structure with optimal quality in rigidity and strength for a precisely controlled weight. Combined with a generous sail area, this carefully monitored displacement promises some excellent performances under sail.

Layout & Accommodations
Owners' version 4 cabins This version includes three VIP cabins with a companionway at the forward end of the saloon, on starboard. The advantage of this layout is an additional cabin identical to the forward port cabin but a slightly shortened owner's suite.

Deck & Equipment
This Lagoon provides maximum comfort with features like a forward cockpit with face to face seating , numerous lockers, and a full view forward.
The helm station has a long 6 seat bench, lockers, and access from each side making this a great living space.
The hulls, bridgedeck, and deck are built by the Infusion Technique whereby the the entire moulded structure is covered with a flexible plastic film and air vacuumed to draw the resin by depression to evenly layer the structure.
2 hot and cold cockpit showers, deck washdown pump (sea or freshwater), Forward and aft cockpit (400kg total) floors in teak, and a pair of stainless steel davits (880lbs. each), ice maker (115V), electric winch for davits, electric winch for mainsheet, traveler and genoa furler, 2 electric genoa winches, deck courtesy lights in transom, cockpit, and flybridge, and forward and aft cockpit cushions.

Plumbing
Lagoon uses special care with the installation of it's various plumbing circuits such as the freshwater distribution circuit, sea water supply, and grey and black water system.
Materials like high pressure PVC tubing, rubber flexible pipes, stainless steel valves, seacocks and connections work best in the seawater environment.
Freshwater foot pump in galley and Quiet flush electric toilets in heads.

Sails & Rigging
The stresses on the rig of a catamaran are about 10 times that of a monohull so only the best in deck gear and rigging (Harken & Lewmar) are used.
