Just an added note. This is not a fixer upper! The important things have been refittted and renewed in the last year. Many hours and $ spent for my family to go cruising, and she is ready for some lucky person or family to get her for a fraction of what I have got in her, to hopp on and go!

I think the location is the issue. you should have someone deliver it to California or northern mexico better yet, Australia.
