27 - 40' Sailboat Fixer-Upper, Easy to Single-Hand

I'm looking to buy a sailboat, suitable for liveaboard and sleeps 3 adults comfortably. I am hoping to find some thing with an unstayed mast for junk rig but that is NOT a deal breaker. I have 1000 to 1500 to spend on it. Not picky is it is a mono hull, multihull, steel hull, fiberglass, wood or cement. It needs to float without leaking and have mast (s) intact. sails etc included are preferred. Would love to find a Morgan out islander or something similar. Prefer that it is either one or close to a navigable river that goes to blue water or on blue water. NO BLISTERS!

Oh I have already found four or five all 25 ft or better, very easily to re do and able to fix. The problem is I have not figured out how to drive my car over 1000 miles back home, while I'm sailing the boat to water in this area.

I can't go 2500.00 but...... Do you have pics to send ? For the right boat I'd actually take greyhound if someone picked me up at the station.

I must live on a different coast. I have never seen a 25 or better that would float and had sails, sleeps 3 in a liveaboard situation no blisters go for 1000 to 1500. The sails alone would be over 1000. And then you mention blue water. This is some kind of joke right?

I assure you I am extremely serious. The money is in the paypal account. All I need is the right boat at the right price and an ATM
