3-Cylinder Marinized Kubota Diesel

3 cylinder marinized Kubota (Universal, BetaMarine, Nanni etc.) diesel engine.
Similar to the Universal Diesel M3-20.
Marinized with Barr Marine expansion tank/exhaust manifold, Oberdorfer water pump, and custom stainless steel heat exchanger. Includes Hurth marine transmission.

Injectors newly rebuilt this year with 0 hours, new fuel filter, filter housing and petcock, heat exchanger and expansion tank boiled out and installed with new gaskets and zincs.

Has mounting brackets for standard mounting centers (~16") or optional Atomic 4 mounting centers (~11").
Panel is non-standard and kind of odd (i.e. homemade), but works for preheat, ignition and oil pressure and temp gauges. Hour-meter and tach are non-existent.
Needs an alternator, alternator bracket and belt, plus some miscellaneous coolant hosing.

The engine originally came out of an older (mid-eighties) custom racing sailboat that was very lightly used in Puget Sound. That's pretty much all I know in terms of back history.I picked it up last year for my LeComte Medalist, to replace the pre-existing Atomic 4.
Did the work described above, then sold the boat, and moved to the east coast.
At the time I sold the Medalist the buyer did not want the engine, so I shipped it east, and it now sits in my garage in Western Massachusetts already palleted, crated and ready for shipping (to ship it from WA to MA cost me about $265).
Would like to get $2200 for it, but price is negotiable. Make me an offer!
P.M. me or email cruisersforum-f00l@snkmail.com
Thanks!
