Want To Buy: 35'-40' Sailboat

I wish to purchase a 35-40' mono-hull sailboat. I intend to sail to the Grenadines (or at least below the hurricane latitudes) and keep it there, so our preferred location to purchase would be in the Florida/east Gulf area. However I would consider a south east location or for the right boat at the right price, even the southern Gulf. My budget is between $25K and $40K.
