The engine runs fine - over the winter the cable that shifts transmission got rusted badly along with steering cable setup for pedestal. * I disconnected it to shift manually with handle. It needs new shift cable installed and bands on transmission need to be readjusted. It goes in reverse easy but not forward. * The boat is in Rahway NJ in water. *Plus it needs good cleanup. Teak oiled and maybe some new halyard lines. Misc little items - Nothing major. Electronics Old. Solid Nice boat - plenty of room for live aboard.
Full set sails - propane oven - heating plus AC but not hooked up. *Lectra-San treatment system - shower with original small tub by manf. *Boat was Ocean Certified by USSA when new.

1978 with 4-108 Perkins Diesel All original except for increased fuel tank.
