Want To Buy: 40' Cat in the Med

Hi folks,
I know this is a long shot looking at the number of responses for similar posts however here I go.

My family and I are currently in Greece looking to buy a 40 foot cat however will look at other areas of the med. Lagoons are our front runners how ever will look at others as long as the gally is up.

I have seen the wonderful 40 advertised that is on its way to the med however maybe a little high in value for me.
