Want to Rent: 40' + Mono or Cat for cruising, 1-2 year lease

I would like to see if anyone would be interested in leasing your sailboat.
I would like to be cruising the Caribbean Basin starting 9/13 for 1-2 years.
Prefer to start from SE US, but can take over anywhere in Caribbean. I have serious time on both large monos and cats, power and sail. My last boat owned was a 70' power cruiser. I have also owned 40' Luhrs and numerous under 40 in my 20+ years experience on the sea. I have also short term rented 50' cats and monos. I would prefer to lease something 46' +. I have many many hours cruising S. Florida, Bahamas, T&C, DR, PR, USVI and BVI. I'm looking for some fresh breezes and would like to sail south and navigate down the Lesser Antilles to the ABCs and return west side Caribbean back to the gulf, again preferrably S. Florida.
We would be 2-3 people on board most of the time. Myself, my wife and a mate, with the occasional visiting couple.

Would you be interested in a well equipped 1973 41' Morgan Out-Islander? If your not familiar with the boat its a center cockpit with a forward/ aft cabin, saloon and 2 heads. Very roomy with lots of storage space and its a full keel. Only draws 4'6 ft. I would be wanting 7-800 a month for the first year.
