If you are looking for a nice boat and not a project, we have just listed our 40' Island Packet (Salt Shaker). She needs nothing, everything works and ready to sail--anywhere. 4.8 draft, cutter rigged, wind, solar, most everything new. We have been cruising full time for 10 years (last 3 on this boat) and have decided it is time to give it up. We are currently enroute to the Chesapeake.
