43' Semi-custom Doug Peterson R/C $89k SF Bay

Light-weight (kevlar-epoxy composite hull) cutter-rigged performance cruiser, US designed and manufactured (Doug Peterson and New Orleans Marine). The Serendipity 43 was built to a high standard, ahead of their time both in materials and design. Hooked is perhaps the most custom of the bunch as seen in the video and photos. This is a true circumnavigation worthy vessel (Wings and Peregrine did decade long laps. See L38 archives and Wings has a brilliant blog that is also one of the longest running).

Excellent light air performer ideal for Socal, Mexico and beyond. Ongoing multi-year refit. Being cruised in the SF Bay Area with consistent maintenance and improvement. Have done over 8kts upwind in 18kts with just the genoa (deck sweeper) and over 13 kts with double reefed main and cruising spinnaker, both STW.

Price just dropped to $89,000, cruising the SF Bay & Delta
