Check with Defender. When I was there a few weeks ago they had a number of smaller winches for sales in their clearance area around that size. I cannot remember now if they were Anderson or Lewmar.

Also check Sailorman in FLL and Minney's Yacht Surplus in So. Cal. for used ones. You will generally have to call those two since inventory changes all the time.
