I described it as "gently used", in that it isn't in "out of the box" condition. I have used it several times, so there are some water wrinkles on the instructions, but all the bits are there and it's fully functional.

A great piece of kit that lets you control your ascent/descent. Plus, it is really hard for your bosun's chair deck partner to correctly gauge "up 6 inches" from 50 feet down. These things make those fine adjustments very easy.
