1978 Balboa 21, great starter boat. Tiller steering complete with autohelm. 7HP johnson outboard. Trailer with new tires. Titles to both trailer and boat.

Located just outside of Chicago, IL. A friend of mine is selling this sailboat complete with trailer and outboard. It is sitting in his frontyard, so be creative with offers. The boat is complete with mainsail, but is lacking a headsail. swing keel, allows the sailor to come in to places where other sailors may not be able to go. The exterior appears very solid, but the interior will be more comfortable after some work. Great way to get out on the water with a trailerable craft.
