For Sale: Balboa27

We have a 1979 Balboa 27 for sale located on the Great Salt Lake. This boat is in well kept condition and comes with a trailer (we do not know much about the trailer as we have never used it). We just put in a new battery, has a 10 watt solar panel, mercury 9.9 hp outboard, sails are in good condition as well, 130% genoa. ISSUES: We replaced the keel cable, but the keel may not go all the way down. We have not had it looked at and we purchased the boat that way. She sails fine and we are told any issues with the keel can be fixed easily as it only weighs 140lbs. THIS IS NOT A BALBOA 26. She is available to look at anytime. Asking price is $6,000.00 willing to except payments based on 50% down payment and finance rate of 10%. Will consider much lower asking price for cash upfront.
