She is back on the market again. We have just moved off Lady Anne after living on board her and sailing her for 6 months whilst our Steel boat was undergoing a major refit in Rio Dulce Guatemala, so we know everything works

Last year, 2014, she participated in the Placencia Caye Yacht club Easter regatta in Belize and the Ides of March Regatta 2014 in Guatemala and she was used for a 2 month charter in Belize.

As there are only 5 of her design and no information to be had on internet, here is a brief history on her design.

Lady Anne dates back to the 1930's and was based on a Sparkman and Stephens design, probably the Islander/Hinkley 30 see link ISLANDER 30 (HINCKLEY-1940) sailboat specifications and details on sailboatdata.com

Originally built out of wood and was used for racing and weekend cruising. In the 1940's the Beaty Brothers bought her and later when she was on her last leg, as they enjoy her design so much, they made a mould out of her from which they built five fibreglass boats. Our hull is #5.

She is a beauty with classical lines, on which we get many compliments, and which makes sailing her a real pleasure, Solid design and construction makes her seaworthy, which she has proven many a time in heavy weather.
