For Rent: boat partner wated

1965 pearson alberg 35. In dry storage at napa valley marina.
Boat is usable but needs work.

Has drifter, genoa, newer main, gps/sonar, vhs, ground tackle, Origo two burner, norcold, pumpable porta-pottie, newish batteries(two), bilge pumps(two manual & one elec.), new dc wiring and panels, newer rudder, epoxy bottom.
Needs engine enclosure, head gasket(has slight pressure to coolant but runs at temp), tiller, portside forward lower chainplate attachment reair in vberth, working jib, small repair on side of keel.
