I am seeking 3 like minded people to join me in setting up a syndicate to purchase a modern (either new or almost new) 12 meter (or plus) production sailing catamaran. I am looking for considerate sailors, who will not only look after our catamaran, but also be very considerate of other syndicate members.

I envisage this yacht being moored on Sydney Harbour, and predominately used in the greater Sydney area, with an occasional short term basing to other locations, such as Whitsunday's.
