I have no connection with the seller but If I were in the Bay area looking around for boat projects, parts and boat yard equipment I would want to stop by this place tomorrow and take a look. I'm no expert but it seemed that there was a modernish ~50' downwind sled in the lot as well as a newer looking ~35' Bayliner. And of course lots of forgotten boats. If you already have a project or in need of a boat stand there are dozens of them of all sizes for sale as well. I came across this in Latitude 38 Magazine.

I saw boat trailers too. I think single, double and triple axles, but check the list because I didn't pay real close attention.
