Building Plans for 35' Catamaran

I have for sale the building plans for a woods designs 35ft mira catamaran. I purchased these a few years ago with the intention of building when I retired, but ill health means I am unable to do this. Rather than leave them gathering dust I would rather somebody else used them. I orginally paid over £800gbp for them, the current price is £1200. I am open to any reasonable offers.
