Want To Buy: Cal 25 (flush deck) near Tampa Bay

I am looking for an early Cal 25 to use as a training boat while I repair my Cal Cruising 35.

It doesn't have to be pretty but the deck and hull must be sound and the sails in usable condition.

I keep finding them cheap (even free!) in the wrong part of the state. I know there are a lot around here, but I never see them for sale at a price I can afford.
