Cape Dory 10 Sailing Dinghy

We bought our Cape Dory 10 Sailing Dinghy used about 20 years ago. We have used it about 2 weeks/yr as our tender for our cruising trips and otherwise it remains covered. Our kids have "left the roost," and it has not been actually sailed in probably 10 years. She has renewed gunnel guard around the rails and bow to protect both it and our mothership. I have varnished the thwarts every 2-4 years and the rail is done in Cetol every 2 years. Exterior hull was awlgripped 4 years ago. Inner liner is just cleaned after every cruise.

It comes with all of the pieces: rudder, daggerboard, sail (this is a cut to spec (by Thurston sails) sailfish sail so it has a sailfish logo on it) with about 10 hours max on it, and 7 foot Shaw and Tenney oars with leathers. Trailer is NOT included.

While not perfect, we always receive numerous complements on it.

Located in Rhode Island and asking $1850
