Hi, You can upload pictures by going to the photo tab above and then to upload. Then the pic will be here on CF and you can link to it.

If you have it on a site like photobucket or flicker you can use the world with a link to insert the pic here.

To the right of the white smiley face is a paper clip for attachments and you can use that to attach pics to your post as well.

Let me know if you need more help!
