Capt. Tred Barta’s (9) personal Canyon Rods which are custom made by Stalker Outfitters on Cal Star Blanks. Fuji Guides with lightweight Fuji Reel seats, straight butt. These rods are in perfect condition, These rods are marked 30-60 pound test, I fished 30 lb line in the canyons exclusively late in my career however the rods will easily handle 50-60 pound test. A qualified angler on a 200 lb bigeye will have the fish to boat side in about 45 minutes with these rods. They are all a match set, black with blue and gold wrappings. These rods originally sold for 580.00 each, I would gladly sign the rods if you wish with a gold marker or write a personalized message on each rod: example Good luck –Tred.

Also with this package come a Pelican travel case with wheels, handle and latches which contain 17 reels.

The reels are Pro EXW 4/02, they are 2 speed. 10 Green custom EXT 4/02 WIDE that are a one of a kind that say “Canyon Ammo” on the side and 3 in silver. Additional there are 4 silver 2 speed EXT 4/02 that are not wide with normal spools. This makes for a total of 17 reels. These have been my personal reels for the last 10-15 years. Some of them are absolutely like new and some have canyon war scratches as you would expect. I think you will find the drags to be superior as I’ve always been a fanatic about the smoothness of drags. I really want someone to buy this package who is going to use it in the Canyon that appreciate what they are, I do not want to break this matched set up if I can help it because it is a complete set of matched rods for either billfishing or canyon fishing. I will take 450 dollars X 9 per rod which is 4,050.00. There are 17 AVET reel’s, 350 per reel which is 5,900.00. The Travel case which was pretty expensive comes with the sale.

Matched set 4 rods for white marlin, sailfish. Custom green and gold wrappings, has the logo “CANYON AMMO” on the rod which was my rod company. Fuji Guides, Fuji lightweight reel seat straight butt. Nice long foam handles, there are 8 guides. These particular rods as well as the rods above have been shown on TV several times. I use these rods for 12 & 16 lb light tackle blue marlin but they will handle up to 30lb test. I Love these rods, they were designed by me, built by stalker and is in NEW condition.

Reels; there are 3 AVET LX6-3 wide leaver drag, 2 speed, reels, 2 are brand new never been used, 1 is in like new condition. Nice set up. 2 are blue, 1 are green saying “Canyon Ammo”

Perfect sailfish, white marlin and small blue marlin rods

Windslow Raft

This has been my personal life-raft since 2005, it has never been wet, it has never been outside, never been exposed to weather and has been inside in a climate controlled area. It has a canvas standard Windslow soft shell case, raft itself is in non compromised plastic Windslow. I have talked with my good friends at Windslow and would charge between 700 & 900 dollars to give new certification. Raft cost 8600.00 today new, will take 4000.00. Shipping paid by purchaser.
