Catamaran for GA Mountain Home

$325,000 Trade a mountain home for a cruising catamaran. Home, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, basement, garage, two fireplaces, all wood interior/exterior, green metal roof, private road. Wanted a Catamaran (2007 or later); Lagoon (41), Fountaine Pajot (Lavezzi/Belize) Roberson Caine (40) cruising catamaran. Specifics for the cat - owners version (3 cabin 2 head), low engine hours 2000hrs or less, solar panels, watermaker, generator, hard top bimini, dinghy w/outboard.

What you asking for is another $100.000 easy.. I know somebody who has one and $325.000 (asking) will come no where near... The boat market is bad.. But the Cats are still holding their value...

Maybe not 2007 and later, but plenty between 2000 and 2006 for less than $300K. Most I looked at have cut their price this year, so the market may be softening for them now.
