This beautiful catamaran is live-aboard/cruising ready.

40hp Honda 4-stroke outboard engine with power-lift, in great shape. Professionally installed new in 2007 less than 100 hours.

Custom stainless steel arch/davits.

New solar power system with 250W panel, 1500W inverter, charge controller and 3 batteries.

Autopilot, VHF radio, depth meter, speed meter, weather station (barometer, thermometer), wind speed indicator (missing masthead unit).

New headliner.

New bottom paint Jan 2010.

All bulbs replaced recently to LED. Replaced refrigerator 12V.

Halyards and jib Sheets replaced Jan 2010.

Roller furling Jib.

Sleeps 8 in 3 private bedrooms: 2 quarter sized berths and 1 queen sized berth, plus the dinning area (with seating for 6-8) converts to a queen size berth. All bedrooms with matching sheets, blankets,etc.

Head with holding tank/and into ocean discharge, hot/cold sink & shower; electric or manual water pumps.

Galley with sink, propane stove/oven & burners, equipped with plates/pots/etc.
