Want To Buy: Codan HF

I am looking for a Codan 8528S HF, all or any parts of the unit would be welcome.
I can arrange a pick up point from most places in the world.
My old one is ready for Davy Jones'!

i have a working codan unit with 10 channels,not sure if it is the model you are looking for,will have to have a look tomorrow ,it is quite old but worked fine the last time i used it.
currently in the uk

20 to 30 years ago I would say Codan was the no 1 HF set in Australia.

Times may have changed, but my HF hasn't! it was a good unit, but has been stored for a while.
Atoll, I doubt the 10 channel unit is the same, with mine I can select any frequency, but thanks for the effort, much appreciated.

They certainly are a good unit. My comment were simply don't see them so much in marine these days.

well i had a look this morning,i have located it,but granny is sleeping on top of it at the moment so couldnt pull it out!

sounds like the model you have is more modern than this one that has crystals in.
